Time

We are learning about time. We made our own clocks so we can practice telling the time. 

Making jelly

Our letter of the week is J so we made some jelly. We wrote instructions how to make the jelly and tomorrow we will eat the jelly and write some stories using similes. We can't wait to eat the jelly!

Coby's plane ride!

On Sunday I went in an aeroplane. It was a 1934 Dominie plane. It goes 160km per hour! It is made of wood and canvas. It can carry 8 passengers and one pilot. I went with grandad and my dad and we flew over Gore. I really liked in the plane! We went slow down the runway but fast taking off. It was lots of fun!

Celebration time

Well done to these awesome people who got certificates for great learning this week!

St Patrick's day - green day!

Today we celebrated St Patrick's day by dressing up in green. We brought along a gold coin donation for our sponsor child Grace. iyland was our best dressed girl and Wylie was our best dressed boy!

Our visitor

Look who popped in for a visit today! Mrs Stanways new Jack Russell pup named Chester came to school today and we thought he was so cute!

I looked at th dog, he is fluffy. I like him so much. I wish I could have one of them!

When I felt Chester he was soft and fluffy. Mrs Weir can't keep him!

Today Chester visited our classroom. He is so cute! It is Mrs Stanways puppy.

He is fluffy! Chester wants to come to my house!

Today Chester came into our classroom at fruit break. He was very soft and fluffy. He is a Jack Russell dog and belongs to Mrs Stanway. It is brown and white and very cute too. He had a little cage too.

Charlie

Chester the little puppy visited a Team Kiwi. Chester is a puppy. I patted Chester the puppy and he felt soft and fluffy. He was brown and white too!

My trophy

I got this trophy from athletics. I got the most points for 5 year old girls. I ran really fast! running  is my favourite thing to do.
