Making toast

We have been writing instructions at writing time with Miss Corkery. We wrote instructions about how to make toast and today we followed our instructions to make some yummy toast!

Bean seeds

Wow look what is happening to our bean seeds on the mini hot houses! Some have little plants now with leaves!

Celebration time

Congratulations to these wonderful students who got certificates for great learning this week!

Clay mice

Wow, look at our clay mice we made just like Jenny Miller!  We had already practised drawing a mouse that we could copy off.

Grass heads

We made grass heads with Miss Corkery as part of our Inquiry about plants. First we had to put soil and grass seed in an old sock to make a head. Then we made faces on them. Don't they look great! Hopefully we will have some grass to cut shortly!

Celebration time

Congratulations to Becky and Archie who got certificates for great learning today! Becky also got the principals award for wearing her uniform correctly!
